Official results stay official

Your timing or meet-management provider remains the authoritative source for entries, seeding, timing, and results.

TOE coordinates communication and clerking support. The designated meet-management or timing provider remains the authoritative source for official entries, seeding, timing, and results.
Coach Ace

A track-and-field assistant
built into your season.

Ask Coach Ace to build a practice, or check a rule — he answers with structure, cites his sources, and always leaves the final call to you.

Coach Ace provides educational coaching support. Coaches must review and approve workouts before assigning them.

The first two athletes registered in a household are billed at the standard rate. The 3rd and 4th athlete in that same household are billed at the discounted family rate (about 50% off), up to a maximum of 4 paid athlete memberships per household. A league pays a one-time $299 setup fee that never recurs. Enterprise pricing is always custom. Any founding-member promotion is scoped to one specific organization, has a defined start/end date, and is never active platform-wide by default.

About TOE

Built by track people, from South Jersey.

Track and field is one of the most operationally complex sports in youth athletics — dozens of events, hundreds of athletes, and a season's worth of memberships, approvals, and communication to keep straight.

Track Over Everything was started in South Jersey, built from real youth track-and-field coaching and league-management experience — the organization, communication, and meet-day-coordination layer track and field has never had.

FAQ

Answers before you ask.

Does TOE replace meet-registration or timing software?
No. As explained in Meet-Day Tools above, TOE does not replace meet-registration, seeding, timing, scoring, or official meet-management software. TOE can import authorized meet data to assist assigned meet staff with athlete attendance, event calls, clerking check-in, and meet communications. The timing provider's official meet-management system remains the authoritative source. Until an approved data-sharing integration exists for a given provider, meet data is labeled "Vendor Approval Required" and is not shown.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. TOE is a mobile-friendly, responsive website today. A native mobile application may be added in a future phase, but it does not exist yet, and we won't advertise it until it does.
Can parents use it without paying?
Yes — a parent or guardian account is always free on TOE, with no exceptions. What's billed is the athlete membership itself (see Pricing above): $3.99/month or $39.99/year per athlete, with the 3rd and 4th athlete in the same household priced about 50% lower.
How does the family/sibling discount work?
The first two athletes registered in a household are billed at the standard rate ($3.99/month or $39.99/year each). The 3rd and 4th athlete in that same household are billed at the discounted family rate — $1.99/month or $19.99/year each. A household may have at most 4 paid athlete memberships.
What does a club get for free, and what costs extra?
Club (team) accounts are free, with 2 included coach seats — at least one of those seats must be held by an active Club Administrator. Every coach seat beyond the first 2 is billed as an Additional Coach Seat at $3.99/month or $39.99/year.
What does the League plan cost, and does it renew?
A league pays a one-time $299 setup fee — it never recurs. That fee includes the League Administrator role plus 1 Meet Director seat and 1 Meet Clerk seat. Any additional seat is billed at $3.99/month or $39.99/year. Purchasing a seat does not, by itself, grant access to any specific meet.
What does Enterprise cost?
Enterprise pricing is always custom — state associations and multi-league organizations have very different scopes. Contact TOE and we'll put together a plan and price specific to your organization.
Is there a founding-member discount?
From time to time we run limited founding-member pricing for a specific pilot organization, with a clearly disclosed standard renewal price shown before checkout. Any such promotion is scoped to one eligible organization and is never active platform-wide by default.
What about middle school, club, and youth track?
TOE's organization and membership model is designed to support school teams, independent clubs, and youth leagues alike.
Is TOE live yet?
TOE is available to explore today via the demo above. We're continuing to build out the full authenticated platform for leagues, clubs, and coaches. If you'd like a walkthrough for your program, use the contact form below.
How do I know what's actually built versus planned?
Throughout this site, features are labeled Available, In Development, Planned, or Vendor Approval Required. We update those labels as features are actually completed, tested, and shipped — not when a screen is merely designed.
