Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the public Track Over Everything website located at trackovereverything.com and the TOE platform, including account registration, athlete profiles, organization membership, messaging, calendar, and related features. By checking the consent box at account creation, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. If you register an athlete who is a minor, you are representing that you are the athlete's parent or legal guardian, or are creating the profile with that guardian's knowledge, and that guardian consent will be confirmed as described in our Data & Youth Privacy page. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
What is available today versus still being built
TOE labels every feature on this site and within the platform as Available, In Development, Planned, or Vendor Approval Required, and this labeling should be read in that context. Some features you can use today (registration, athlete profiles, organizations, messaging, calendar, and manual/demo billing records) are fully functional; others described on the site are still being built. We will never silently promote a Planned or In Development feature to Available without updating its label.
Payments
TOE does not process real card payments today. Any subscription or billing record you see is either explicitly labeled as a manual/demo action or, once a real payment provider is connected, will run in that provider's test mode until we explicitly announce live billing. No official meet authority
Track Over Everything is not a meet-registration, timing, scoring, or results system. Any meet schedules, results, or check-in status shown on the platform are imported from an approved third-party timing or meet-management provider and clearly labeled with their source and synchronization status — see our Integration Disclaimer. The third-party provider remains the authoritative source of official meet data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use TOE to harass or endanger any user, to share another person's private information without authorization, to attempt to access data or accounts you are not permitted to see, or to misuse the platform's messaging, calendar, or profile features for any unlawful purpose.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@trackovereverything.com. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe endangers a minor athlete on the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and where required we will seek renewed consent at your next login.
